About Bostonville
Bostonville is a development, building and construction company based in Narok, Kenya. We know this ground literally — the black cotton soils, the seasonal rains, the terrain that rises from the Rift Valley floor toward the Mara escarpment — and we design and build for it, not around it.
We work with homeowners, hoteliers along the tourism corridor, private developers and county agencies, carrying every project from land appraisal through design, construction and handover under one roof, with one point of accountability.
What We Do
Every project moves through the same three capabilities — planning it, building it, and putting it on the ground — without handing off between separate firms.
Turning land into a fundable, buildable plan.
Structures shaped for how they'll actually be used.
Civil works that hold up through the rains.
How A Project Is Built
The same four stages, every time — visible, in order, with sign-off at each one before the next begins.
Site survey, soil testing for local black-cotton conditions, architectural drawings and county approvals — signed off before ground is broken.
Excavation, footing and damp-proofing specified to the site's actual soil report, not a generic standard.
Framing, walling and roofing, with structural inspection at each floor before the next is loaded on top.
Plastering, fittings and final inspection, delivered with as-built drawings and a documented snag-free handover.
Why Bostonville
Built for Narok's black-cotton soils and seasonal rains, not a generic spec.
Licensed contractor operating to National Construction Authority standards.
Line-item bill of quantities before you commit — no surprise variations.
Milestone schedules tracked and shared, with dates you can plan around.
Community-first hiring, with local labour and suppliers on every site.
